Proponents of CRT (Critical Race Theory) want you to think that CRT is about educating students about African-American history, race relations, and the history of racism in America.
Who would object to that?
But this is not their objective and it is not what CRT actually is.
CRT is a world view with the objective of getting Westerners to incrementally accept Marxism through a sophisticated campaign claiming all our society is built on protecting white privilege that keeps black people oppressed.
It teaches that all of Western culture, every tradition and institution that defines our society (that arguably has created more wealth, prosperity, and a better life for all people) was built to protect a privileged class (i.e., white people) and hold others down (i.e., black people, but also other “marginalized” groups, such as LGBTQ) and perpetuates systemic racism.
The key word is “systemic.”
It’s not only that some people are racist, or that racist events occur from time to time.
They believe that all of our reality is rooted in and driven by racism and white supremacy.
White people are privileged and racist by definition.
Black people are oppressed by definition.
There is no solution to the problem.
Their antidote is continuous disruption, activism for “social justice,” and perpetual chaos until the systems and traditions of our society are overthrown.
It is a dark, cynical worldview developed for nothing short of Marxist revolution.
Teachers are being indoctrinated that they must be “agents for social justice” and this is the only way to be an “anti-racist.” They are obligated to present this in the classroom at every opportunity.
And this is what is informing today’s education establishment
